Overview
Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Facility Worker performs miscellaneous custodial duties required to keep buildings neat and clean. This position is 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri) 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
Mop all floors as needed, clean bathrooms, and replenish supplies, clean interior windows. Empty trash in all areas. Vacuum offices weekly. Place trash and recycle materials in appropriate area for pickup. Outdoor maintenance (shoveling, raking, mowing) Driving when necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least one year of janitorial experience.
* Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for satisfactory job performance.
* Heavy lifting and moving are normal, expected, and necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
* Duties require normal to above normal physical endurance, i.e. heavy lifting and moving is normal, expected and necessary to fulfill responsibilities.
* A key position with responsibility for facilities' security, safety, neatness and repairs.
