Job Description:
FACT Recovery NurseDuties: In this role, you will practice community-based nursing, administer medical care and provide clients with basic medical information. Serve as a liaison with physicians and other client providers. Our Location: Our Administrative Offices are located at 65 Messimer Drive in Newark, Ohio, a short 30-minute scenic commute from Columbus, Zanesville, Lancaster, and Mount Vernon. Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers. Associates degree in Applied Science and three to five years of nursing experience in a facility for individuals with mental health issues. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN); CPR/BLS Certification required. Basic computer, phone and typing skills are necessary for all positions.
