5+ years' experience on Factory automation using SECSGEM protocols for Equipment integration.

Experience in using Cimetrix peer group any other SECS/GEM drivers.

Experience with semi-standards for the factory automation:

E-004 (SECS-I), E-005 (SECS-II), E-010 (RAM), E-037 (HSMS) and E-142 Substrate

E-82: Interbay / Intraday AMHS SEM

E-84: Enhanced Carrier Handoff Parallel I/O Interface

E-85: AMHS Stocker to Interbay Transport System Interoperability

E-87: Carrier Management SEMI Standards.
