For nearly 200 years, Mass Eye and Ear has been a world leader in otolaryngology. The hospital is home to the largest group of clinical and research faculty from the Harvard Medical School Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is consistently recognized as a top hospital in the nation for its ear, nose and throat care. The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is one of the largest departments of its kind nationwide.
