People Creating Success is excited to announce that we are currently hiring FADE Associates in the Santa Barbara area. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them with daily living activities and working towards their personal goals.

About the Role

As a FADE Associate, you will:

  • Provide One-on-One Support: Assist an adult with developmental disabilities in their daily living activities.
  • Engage in Community-Based Activities: Help the individual with community outings, such as walks and hikes.
  • Follow a Personalized Service Plan: Work with a plan designed to meet the individual's goals and needs based on Person-Centered Thinking.
  • Be a Source of Encouragement: Support the individual in their personal growth, sensory needs, and street safety while making activities enjoyable and engaging.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to Clear a Live-Scan Background Check.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (Preferred; we offer training if you are not certified).
  • Reliable Vehicle (Preferred).
