Leadership Pathway is thrilled to present this amazing opportunity to learn the ins / outs of leadership of a worship ministry. Faith Church in Dyer Indiana is an amazing multi-site church of several thousand in Northwest Indiana. It is about 30 miles from downtown Chicago.We are looking for two worship residents to join the staff and current residents.We are looking for someone who:- is wanting a great field experience for their first steps in worship or music ministry- coachable / teachable - team player- knows they want to be in full-time vocational ministry in a church somedayAll Leadership Pathway residents are paid a small amount and housing is provided.We love undergrad, graduate students, or post-education. It doesn't matter to us where in your journey you are ... we'll walk with you.
