- Sell tickets to all fans entering home sporting events.
- Assist customers with ticket purchases.
- Take customer payment and process via ticketing system, making proper change when necessary.
- Keep accurate records in ticketing system of tickets sold and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to all fans entering sporting events.
- Be available for all home sporting events, including nights and weekends.
- Assist team members with other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
