Essential Functions What You'll Do:
- Officiate youth and adult sports games across various age groups.
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of sport-specific rules and regulations.
- Maintain control of players, teams, and spectators to ensure a positive and safe game environment.
- Uphold and represent FCPRD policies and procedures at all times.
- Act as a role model and mentor in the youth sports programs.
Typical Qualifications What We're Looking For:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Superior oral communication skills to manage and interact with players, coaches, and spectators.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends.
