If so, the Foster Care Case Aide position may be a good fit for you.Primary Position Responsibilities:• Assist Family Foster Care Specialists with transporting clients, supervising visitation, documentation, connecting with service providers, scanning and uploading documents.• Address parenting skills during visitations as needed.• Prepare/acquire reports and summaries for various agencies.• Promote positive parenting and child development.• Build rapport with service providers and clients.• Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications• Demonstrated ability in the above required qualities.• Current, valid driver's license; ability to obtain MO Class E designation or equivalent.• Willingness to work a flexible schedule; may include some weekends and/or evenings.• High School Diploma or equivalent.• Clear background check requirements.• Ability to use/learn to use computer/electronic systems.Perks of this position:• Helping families reunify.• Work with other team members who have as a focus to serve Christ.• Initial and on-going training on subjects pertinent to job.• Accrue vacation and sick time (physical and mental health) from day one of employment.Compensation Package Includes:• $17/hour• Benefits Package valued at over $15,000 per year• Comprehensive Medical for only $25 per month• Dental Insurance is FREE• Long Term Disability is FREE• Life Insurance (3x Annual Salary) is FREE• Employer Paid Retirement: An amount equal to 10% of your Annual Salary is deposited into a retirement account for you every year of employment with NO employee match required (eligibility begins after six months of employment)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $17.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:
