- Collaborate with leading attorneys in the management of complex family law cases.
- Gain hands-on experience in drafting a wide range of legal documents, from letters to pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
- Engage in discovery processes, crafting meet and confer letters and compelling motions.
- Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through efficient communication.
- Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits, shaping the path to success in evidentiary hearings and trials.
- Sharpen your legal acumen with research and memorandum preparation.
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the state bar, in good standing.
- 3+years of family law experience a must with high profile cases a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex legal concepts, coupled with strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Unwavering attention to detail and exceptional proofreading abilities.
