DescriptionDevine Millimet is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our Litigation Practice Group located at our historic headquarters building in Manchester, New Hampshire. Devine Millimet is a full-service law firm with more than thirty practice groups, focused on serving regional business clients with high-quality personalized service. This position will work with a high-performing team of lawyers and other professionals to provide our clients - which include businesses, individuals, and non-profits - innovative counsel and representation in a wide range of matters.RequirementsThree to Five years of Litigation Paralegal experienceExperience with family/domestic lawAbility to work with several attorneys on a variety of casesStrong organizational skillsMicrosoft Office - Word, Excel, OutlookResponsibilities:Identify, collect, analyze, abstract, organize and maintain facts and documents in accordance with correct legal practice and procedurePrepare pleadings, draft interrogatories, and respond to requests to produce documents under the supervision of the assigned attorneyManage records and organize all discovery and trial dataFile pleadings, motions, documents with the court as directed by supervising attorneySummarize testimony and transcriptsObtain, analyze, and summarize medical recordsAssist in locating and preparing witnesses for trial; obtain and organize trial exhibits; and coordinate witnesses' appearance at trialDevelop and maintain a working relationship with clients both inside and outside the firm to obtain and clarify information needed to substantiate facts, identify documents, and otherwise support legal actionsComplete other duties, specific to the practice area of law, as assignedSince our founding in 1947, we have been about service - service to our clients, service to our community, service to each other, and service to our profession.
