We are seeking dedicated Family Law professionals to join established firms across the DMV and Virginia. These roles offer the opportunity to work in dynamic and client-focused teams with a strong emphasis on family law matters, providing litigation and legal support for clients navigating family-related cases.

Location: Virginia, Washington D.C. — including Northern Virginia, Richmond, Fredericksburg, Newport News, Williamsburg, and surrounding areas.

Positions Available:

1. Associate Attorneys - Family Law

2. Paralegals and Legal Assistants- Family Law Support

1. Associate Attorney – Family Law

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters. Handle case assessments, trial preparation, and litigation. Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in litigation, ideally with a focus on family law (or demonstrated interest in family law).
  • Licensed to practice law in Virginia (additional licensure in MD or DC is a plus).
  • Strong litigation skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently with attention to detail.

2. Paralegal & Legal Assistant – Family Law Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in case management, document preparation, and file organization.
  • Conduct research, gather evidence, and manage discovery processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, and legal professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in legal support roles, ideally within family law or litigation.
  • Proven experience in legal support, ideally with exposure to family law cases.
  • Proficient in case management software and legal research tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting attorneys.
