Candidates will have the opportunity to appear in court on cases independently, as well as to second chair at trials, depositions, and mediations. Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years handling Family and Matrimonial law cases Trial and hearing experience Must have previous experience managing agreements including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, spousal support, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
