*Job Description:** 1:7 call, including some weekends* Provide direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment* Provide procedural services within the scope of specialty training and clinical competence* Communicate appropriately, following confidentiality guidelines, with internal and external providers to ensure quality and continuity of care Participate in the education of health professions students assigned to site rotations* Medical record documentation will be in compliance with policies and procedures.* Maintain an active Pennsylvania physician license, board certification in family medicine specialty, and controlled substance registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration.
