Seeking a Compassionate Nurse Practitioner to Join Our Healthcare Team! We are looking for a compassionate Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team and contribute to our mission of improving health outcomes. We are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient population. Our comprehensive Primary and Specialty care services focus on disease prevention, health promotion, and patient education for individuals of all ages. Schedule: Mon-Fri 10 AM - 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM Salary : $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 a year plus Job Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical assessments. Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries. Manage chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and treatments. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies. Requirements Requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system. Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems. Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
