A brand-new multispecialty practice providing care for patients in the greater Queens borough is seeking a full-time family medicine physician to join their practice in an outpatient only setting.

• 8:30 am ? 5:00 pm work hours with built-in administrative time
• Maximum of 18-20 patients per day
• 8,000 square foot facility with 15 exam rooms, 8 offices, 2 community rooms, and 2 very large waiting rooms
• $250,000 annual salary
• Bread and butter primary care model
• Dedicated MA per provider
• EClinicalWorks EMR
• Claims made medical practice insurance, 401K plan with match, relocation, and sign-on bonus plus more
