Family Practice physician employment in Kentucky : MAJOR DUTIES: - Provides first contact, continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults. - Coordinates and/or integrate care across all elements of the healthcare system. - Completes required records pertaining to all medical services provided in accordance with specified procedures and regulations. - Teaches and provides consultation to other health care providers as assigned. - Writes prescriptions, orders the administration of medications, dispenses medications, and prescribes controlled substances in accordance with approved treatment protocols. Performs other duties as assigned. Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
