- Conduct home health assessments for NY state residents.
- Pay: $88/hour
- Active New York state license
- New York State Medicaid ID number
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) must have at least 3,600 hours of qualifying NP experience
- Physician Assistants (PA) will be assigned a supervising physician by Maximus
- Must be board certified
- Preferred Experience: Work experience with the adult/geriatric populations; home care experience, experience working with individuals with physical or developmental disabilities
