Job Summary: As a Family Stability Advocate, you will coordinate services for transitional housing programs and intensive housing services for LSS's housing programs. As a Family Stability Advocate, you will:
- Develop, plan, implement and maintain services for the housing programs.
- Monitor the housing programs.
- Be involved in case management.
- Conduct community networking to maintain good standing with organizations in the community.
Family Stability Advocate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience in field is required.
- Training and experience with low-income and homeless person is required.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in providing direct social services preferred.
- Experience should include knowledge of housing programs and community resources.
- Driver's license is required.
Other Family Stability Advocate Qualifications:
- Knowledge of related issues in chemical dependency, mental health, parenting, sex trafficking and domestic violence is desired.
