GLFS values our employees as well as a supportive environment that strives to promote Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.GLFS is excited to announce we have a Family Support Supervisor position available in our Northern Region.The Family Support Supervisor is responsible for growing the team through networking with the DHHS office in the Northern Regions; obtaining and overseeing service of referrals for family support and supervised visitation; the hiring, training, and retention of new employees; collaborating with the Human Resources Director and working directly with the Chief Operations Officer.Expected Outcomes of this position is to grow the Northern Family Support team; motivate and assist the Family Support Team to achieve the program goals; collaborate with Admin to provide development, support, and disciplinary actions as necessary for staff.Skills required to fulfill this role successfully:

- Strong ability to network in communities, groups and organizations to develop professional relationships for potential new hires, referrals and other community resources.

Salary $54k to $58k depending on experienceRequirementsRequirements
- At least 3 Years or more supervisory experience required, human services related field highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field highly preferred
- Experience in child welfare programming preferred
- Must live within 50 miles of Northern Region
- Ability to travel required
