If you have a master's degree in social work or a related field and experience working with children and families, we'd love to hear from you A Day in the Life of a TFI Therapist In this role, you will work directly with children and families who are navigating difficult experiences like trauma, abuse, and neglect. Our therapists offer in-home, trauma-informed individual and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based approaches. With TFI, you'll receive national trauma certifications and in-house clinical supervision to enhance your skills. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting diagnostic interviews Creating tailored treatment plans Providing high-quality clinical interventions What We're Looking For We need someone who is: Compassionate : Driven to make a real difference in children's lives.
