Fantasy in Lights Ambassador Supervisor
Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy In Lights are two of Callaway Gardens' most beloved Signature Events. From mid-September through the first week of January, the Gardens come alive in a sensory explosion of lights and music.
This Ambassador will be responsible for engaging Guests by providing memorable experiences for our Guests during Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy In Lights Signature Events. Job responsibilities will be rotated and assigned by leaders and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Cashier
* Photo Sales
* Cash Handling
* Maintaining a clean work environment
Holiday Trail Monitor
* Checking guests for wristbands before entering the Pumpkin/Christmas walking trail.
* Monitoring lighted set pieces during show operation for functionality.
* Monitoring trail for cleanliness, safety to ensure no damage or destruction to set pieces, and to help guest with quetions and directions.
Loader / Greeter
* Safely assist Guests off / on Trolleys
* Educate Guests about the highlights of our Signature Events.
* Maintaining a clean work environment
Glow Golf Attendant
* Setting up / cleaning mini-golf course before and after operation
* Handing out mini-golf equipment
* Storing mini-golf equipment after use
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work a flexible schedule to include, but not limited to, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
