QUALIFICATIONS: - Looking for a self-starter with an interest in production agriculture; strength in mechanics & maintenance preferred- Prefer at least 3+ years of full time experience- Experience in agronomy, irrigation, mechanics, precision and/or spray application areas all considered or would be a plus & can translate to more money earned- Having a CDL not required, but a good driving record with the ability to drive a tractor/trailer preferred- Excellent communication skills and ability to see the big picture and take initiative to do the job without being told- Work with additional employees as a team in a safe and productive manner while displaying honesty and integrity JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a strong Farm Hand for a South Dakota employer. This employer is looking for an applicant with Ag experience who is to jump in and assist wherever and when needed. Lots of upward movement and advancement available for the right attitude, work ethic, and increased responsibilities going forward. Nice, heated & air-conditioned shop for seasonal maintenance and equipment repairs. The equipment is new as key pieces are purchased annually. Fair wages are paid as salary will be dependent on experience, stability, and references. Location is close to a town with a strong school district with bus service. Great location for spouse to find work if looking. Their employee that is retiring has been there for 20+ years and they are looking for that next employee with great longevity for 10-20+ years also.
