Building, Grounds and Equipment Maintenance - MinnesotaA full-time Maintenance position working with a team.Responsible for general maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment utilized in the poultry farm industry.Qualifications and SkillsGeneral knowledge of buildings, equipment requiring repairs and preventative maintenance.Ability and interest in maintenance of powered equipment, plumbing, lighting, and equipment assembly & repair.Work with a variety of tools and equipment such as power tools, wrenches, forklift, welding equipment, skid steer operation.Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to follow and adhere to the management of company's policies and regulations for biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety.Must exhibit safe work habits and use safety equipment and PPE when necessary.Ability to manage and prioritize projects based on changing events.Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule to meet varied requests.Physical Qualifications:Must have good hand-eye coordination.Must be in good physical condition as this role is expected to be moving constantly and occasionally lifting heavy objects and maneuvering heavy machinery up to 40 lbs.The work environment includes exposure to dust and certain chemicals.
