Company is a highly diversified progressive Farming operation on Front Range of Colorado, looking for a qualified “Lead Diesel Mechanic” to lead two other shop mechanic. Candidate needs to have a neat appearance with the desire to not only “show up” but be a productive member of the team. In search of qualified candidates that have experience and understanding of Ag and Heavy equipment. The duties of this position will vary with the season, so it is important that this person has the ability to adapt and carry a good attitude along the way as they will be expected to handle multiple demands in the shop. This person needs to take pride in their work and be self-motivated with a passion job well done. Must be able to take direction from the shop manager, with good problem-solving skills and the initiative to find a solution when the need arises. Pay will depend on the experience of the candidate.
