Apply now to join our farm team!Brief Description of Overall Job:Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.Proficiency in operating farm equipment and machinery safely and efficientlyMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance and repairs.Previous experience in farm operations, livestock handling and/or mechanical work.Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.Ability to use hand tools effectively.Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidaysBrief Description of Dozer Operator Job Duties:Operate bulldozers to perform tasks such as clearing land, pushing soil, and grading surfaces according to job specificationsPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the bulldozer to ensure optimal performance.Conduct pre-operation checks and report any equipment issues.Work collaboratively with others on the job site.Familiarity with GPS and other grade control systems.Maintain a safe job site.Preferred qualifications for higher end of pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.Sign On Bonus: Total $1,000. $500 after 3 months of successful employment and $500 after 9 months of successful employment.Benefits401(K) matchingDental InsuranceHealth InsurancePaid Time OffEmployment subject to passing a criminal background check, drug screen and physical.​​​Powered by JazzHR
