Our unique prints are created in Nigeria using the traditional Adire technique in collaboration with local artisans. Role Description

This is a parttime, hybrid, Fashion Design Intern role at Busayo in New York, NY. The Fashion Design Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as assisting with fashion and graphic design, fashion styling, working with textiles, and sewing to create visually stunning and culturally rich pieces.

Qualifications

• Student at FIT, Pratt or New York based fashion design program
• Fashion Design and Fashion Styling skills
• Graphic Design proficiency
• Knowledge of Textiles
• Sewing abilities
• Creativity and passion for innovative design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction
• Experience or coursework in fashion or design-related fields
