Responsibilities:
Gain hands-on experience from a team of financial professionals helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals.Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager.Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements.Recruit and develop your own team.Help grow a sales office.Build a team atmosphere.Qualifications:
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career.Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry.Some sales experience needed.Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus.Coachable.Self-driven.Highly motivated.Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 at Plan yearly.
