Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a personalized strategy aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and expanding the visibility of financial products and services tailored to individual client requirements.
- Utilize various financial solutions like life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to provide appropriate financial guidance to clients.
- Eligibility for the Associate Partner Training Program is achieved upon meeting specific program criteria within twelve months.
- Actively engage in recruiting, training, supporting, and endorsing a team of financial advisors as an Associate Partner.
- Responsibilities as a Partner involve training, supporting, and growing a network of sales professionals who can access the perks of being associated with a Fortune 100 company, competitive benefits, avenues for career growth, and a fully funded pension plan upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Qualifications:
- To qualify for the Fast-Track to Partner program, applicants must have previous experience in management, sales, or recruiting positions.
- Possessing a valid State License in Life and Health Insurance is considered a plus for candidates applying for the program.
- Preferred qualifications for the Fast-Track to Partner program include having an SIE, a college degree, an MBA, and certifications like Series 6/7/63/65, or 66.
- The ideal candidate for the Fast-Track to Partner program should exhibit leadership skills, motivation, a goal-oriented mindset, effective communication abilities, integrity, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Compensation:
$95,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
