Job DescriptionThe FEC Manager at Elevate Entertainment Group (EEG) oversees all aspects and will serve as the expert in FEC operations, with a focus on arcade, bowling, redemption store, and other attractions. This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.
- Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and cast members.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education + Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
- Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time and conduct repetitive motions.
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise and flashing lights.
