  • Working knowledge of MasterBrand operating companies.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Excellent Lotus Notes Skills.
  • Strong ERP/System integration experience.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Proven experience crossing functional boundaries.
  • Possess basic geographical knowledge of United States and Canada.
Description of Duties:
  • Support development and preparation of logistics metrics to monitor performance.
  • Handle daily delivery functions for builder channel, retail, and home delivery operations.
  • Maintain a high level of effective communication between internal and external customers.
  • Schedule Orders for Daily Build
  • Prints Bill of Ladings
  • Manages Carrier Availability
  • Mantra LTL Orders
  • Diamond Now LTL orders
  • Lowes Customer Service Calls
  • Late shipments to Customers
  • Prints and Manages all Finished Good Labels for the plant.
  • Manages Completion of all loads for Lowes and Home Depot
  • Fed Ex - Process daily shipment
  • Fed Ex - Weigh in shipped packages.
  • Fed Ex - Pack & Process shipment
