Aptive is seeking high-performing graduate students for the Federal Management Consulting Internship Program (Health Care). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven critical thinking, communication, client relationship, and writing skills, eager to learn about federal consulting and federal agencies. In this role, you will experience, firsthand, how to support health care system transformation and innovation, program implementation and evaluation, and business process redesign enabling services to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA). You will support writing for high-level clients, research, data analysis, knowledge management, and other functions in this role.
The day-to-day work will include developing presentations, performing research and analysis, responding to client requests, providing client meeting support, and more. Excellent communication and time management skills, proficiency with MS Office Suite, and the flexibility to work both independently and within a team environment will be critical to this roles success.

Primary Responsibilities
To qualify for the Federal Management Consulting internship Program (Health Care), the candidate must be currently enrolled and pursuing a graduate degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, Health Care Administration, Public Health, or related fields at an accredited college or university while participating in the internship.
