In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies, initiatives, and content communications and promote our services, projects, and people to the US Government clients and industry partners. Your assignments will include managing campaigns supporting the growth of CDM Smith's federal business, coordination of activities to engage our clients and industry partners, and creation of multimedia content for these campaigns. You will consult with the FSU sales team on client and market strategies to develop communication plans to create awareness and branding of CDM Smith services. It is anticipated that you will support conference planning and will be expected to attend key conferences for FSU.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with FSU management, sales team and marketing colleagues to develop short-term and long-term strategies for communications and engagement programs, including the message, audience, and platforms.• Utilize various platforms, including client outreach programs, webinars, internal and external communications, website content, social media, print and electronic media, national and regional conferences, email, and employee communications.• Consult routinely with FSU sales management to proactively discuss anticipated changes in strategy and new issues impacting marketing and communications programs.• Recommend new approaches and programs in response to changes.• Maintain awareness of communication and engagement trends in our industry.• Oversee the implementation of communications and engagement campaigns and programs.• Maintain FSU's calendar of conferences and develop annual budgets for conference-related spending.• Attend key conferences to support the communication of our services and capabilities• Determine key performance metrics to measure success and establish change management communications techniques to identify the need for greater clarity.• Modify programs and information flow based on results.• Review all campaigns and communications programs to find synergies between programs and avoid overlap.• Track the long-term impact of programs through sales, pipeline, and leads, customer perception measures, and internal awareness metrics.• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned staff, providing feedback on performance appraisals and overseeing the development and training of staff.Job Title:Federal Marketing Manager – Communications and EngagementGroup:OPS - Marketing/Bus DevelpmtEmployment Type:RegularMinimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree.• 12 years of related experience with at least 3 of those years in a management or supervisory capacity.• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
