Job Description

The Project Manager oversees Site Superintendents in daily activities and is ultimately responsible for the entire project. This position will be based out of Quantico as it will involve working on the JOC contract for NAVFAC Quantico. The work environment is a small, family-oriented atmosphere with room for growth within the company after the first year.

Responsibilities

+ Subcontractor/vendor solicitation

+ Oversee Site Superintendents in daily activities.

+ Write proposals and estimate costs.

+ Perform value engineering.

+ Solicit subcontractors and vendors.

+ Develop and adhere to a construction schedule and budget.

Essential Skills

+ Project management

+ Construction management

+ Operations management

+ Construction

+ Change order

+ RFI

+ Government contracting experience required

+ 5+ years work experience in management, project development, and/or design-build construction

+ Experience on large commercial construction projects

+ Knowledge of construction-related trades

+ Proficiency in Acrobat, Design, Project coordination, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel

+ Strong written and verbal skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
