YOUR DAY AS A BILINGUAL KOREAN SPEAKING HOME CARE MANAGER: As a Home Care Manager, your responsibilities encompass strategic oversight and compassionate leadership. Your days are meticulously structured around managing schedules, coordinating care services, and providing guidance to our team of caregivers. - High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college
