Purpose or role of the position within the organization (Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities): Assisting students and faculty with music studio technology needs and maintaining studio facilities and general troubleshooting.
Duties and Principal Responsibilities:
Maintain studio technology to be operational, both in software and hardware applications.
Assist students who have booked the space to ensure appointments are seamless.
Facilitate studio use for ongoing classes, workshops, and private lessons with instructors.
Ensure both students and faculty are within studio guidelines and etiquette.
Education Requirements: LIU student enrolled in an active degree program
Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour
Period of employment: Begin Date: 9/4/2024 End Date: 9/3/2025
Evaluation procedures and schedules: Student Workers will be evaluated monthly based on performance and adherence to the Roc Nation work-study policy & procedure handbook.
