The LIU Roc Nation Sports Department is looking for a Student Coordinator to work with our Program Director on various facets of the Sports & Entertainment program. This position offers a well rounded work and networking experience designed to help the program and position the student for a job after graduation.

Principal Responsibilities:
Various Administrative Duties
Help Manage Student Sport Management Association
Assistant in Planning, Creating, Editing, Promoting Departmental Media
Assist in Planning, Managing Department Events
Assist in Department recruiting efforts
Help coordinate Guest Speakers
Research and maintain calendar of related events at LIU and beyond.
Partnership/Sponsorship
Student Tours and speaking engagements.
Help Coordinate and Lead Student site visits.
Job Requirements:
Punctuality, ability to follow directions, good communicator, organized, good attention to detail, integrity.
Basic knowledge of Apple/Mac computers and/or Windows PC computers, such as how to turn computers on & off, file structures, and launching software.
Interest in any area of Sports/Entertainment/Business Management a plus!
Working Conditions:
2-4 days on campus and 17 Hours Per Week Commitment (some virtual hours off-campus ok).
LIU Indoor and outdoor campus.
NYC area venues
In-Person and some Virtual
Materials & Equipment:
You would work with computers, printers, cameras, and other equipment as needed.
