Our Fee-For-Service Therapists are responsible for supplying necessary clinical intervention in a culturally competent and sensitive manner to children and adults in a hybrid setting. As part of a therapeutic team within ICL, our Fee-For-Service Therapists partner closely with the divisions' medical, psychiatric, and clinical staff to ensure the appropriate treatment interventions for the client. You'll be supporting your clients and interacting with your colleagues in the best of both worlds - in-person at one of our clinics or in a virtual environment.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provides direct clinical services including individual, family, and crisis intervention as clinically indicated.
- Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and consults with supervisor as clinically indicated.
- Maintains clinical records in compliance with all city, state, and federal regulations as per the city Department of Mental Health, Mental Disabilities and Substance Use Services, the State Office of Mental Health, and the State of New York Department of Health.
- Complies with managed care requirements including consulting with care coordinators, obtaining treatment authorization, and providing necessary documentation.
- Participates in all mandatory agency training/in-service programs.
- Attends weekly individual supervision with clinical supervisor.
- Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Education: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT certification in New York State. Training and Experience:Successful completion of internship(s) during Master's program.Fluency in additional languages, like Spanish or Russian, a plus.Job Knowledge: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Cultural competency is essential. Capacity to handle a minimum caseload of at least 25.
