Career Responsibilities:

Oversees and directs daily operations, the entire feed manufacturing process, and the delivery process.
Ensures quality products are produced in a timely manner.
Communicates expectations, provides leadership and clear instructions, and coordinates the entire production and delivery cycle.
Schedules and oversees equipment and delivery fleet maintenance.
Establishes and maintains an effective inventory control system.
Performs maintenance on machinery and equipment with hand and power tools as needed.
Communicates and works with sales and accounting teams to complete the ordering and billing process.
Supervises, trains, and leads the feed mill operations team.
Completes and maintains all records for production and transportation.

Are You Qualified?

Previous experience with any of the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field, OR 2-5 years of feed mill operations experience.
Valid driver's license.
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
