DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Directs feed manufacturing and feed deliveries in carrying out the approved programs.* Performs administrative duties in preparing and analyzing reports and records.* Actively pursues acquisition of information or skills to manage feed manufacturing anddeliveries.* Holds supervisors and employees accountable for feed manufacturing and delivery.* Manages the learning and training of subordinates to continually improve their skills andknowledge.* Maintains close and effective working relationships with accounting, technical services,vendors, contract producers, and government agencies.* Performs other duties as required.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily.
