** Position Description**

**Feed Truck Driver** Location **Grinnell, Iowa** The **Feed Truck Driver's** main responsibility is to deliver feed safely in an efficient, timely, customer-centric way, the feed driver will also assist in inventory and housekeeping duties at the mill as needed. The driver will also make sure the vehicle he is driving and the trailer are inspected on a daily basis.

* Shows leadership by presenting a clean, professional appearance which includes wearing Key Cooperative logoed apparel and showing respect to customers.

* Shows leadership by prompt feed delivery in bulk, or bag to assigned customers.

* Shows innovation by being part of the team and aiding in inventory warehousing and stocking, and the receiving of ingredients and products.

****Work Schedules****

* Completes all assigned tasks according to work order estimates and their daily work schedule

* Notify supervisor of any delivery problems and coordinate maintenance with site supervisor

* Displays reliable attendance and schedules time-off with advance notice

****Customer Service****

* Keeps the Location Manager informed of operational, customer, vendors, or employee issues that may arise.

* Promotes the business with existing and potential customers.

* Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times; exhibits good customer relations skills.

****General Duties****

* Maintains feed truck in proper working order.

* Aids in inventory warehousing and stocking, and the receiving of ingredients and products.

****Safety & Organization****

* Perform processing feed and general mill housekeeping and routine maintenance and complete necessary records regarding these duties

* Continuously follows the safety guidelines and safety programs established by Key Cooperative.

* Completion of safety reports and required records.

****Education and/or Experience:****

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); a minimum of one year commercial driving experience and the ability to pass Key Cooperative's pre-employment drive test.

****Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:****

* Valid Class A CDL Drivers License
