The Spa at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a Female Locker Room Attendant to deliver excellent guest experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The following reflects managements definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. - Assigning lockers to guest
- Escorting guests to tranquility lounge
- Give guest tours of Spa facility
- Removing linen from locker room
- Delivering food & beverage to guest
- Maintaining a clean and organized guest facility
- Checking and documenting of temperature for Jacuzzi
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness center
- Meeting, greeting, and responding to all guests in a professional, courteous, and tranquil manner.
- Participates in opening/closing duties as outlined in spa procedures manual
- Aware of all current spa promotions and discounts
- Meets and greets all guests; determines their needs and directs them to appropriate employee/locations
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
