- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively;
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including Texas heat;
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting and carrying heavy fence materials, 75+ pounds or more;
- Positive attitude and ability to accept coaching is a must;
Responsibilities
- As a fence installer, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery, setup and retrieval of temporary fencing materials to and from client sites
- You will be responsible for ensuring safe transport of your crew and fencing materials, timely setup and excellent customer service
- Installers can advance quickly (as little as two weeks, with training) to become leads that manage crews up to four people
- Safely load/unload fencing materials and equipment to and from jobsites;
- Installing temporary fence materials according to company standards and client specifications;
- Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are being followed by yourself and your crew;
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations accurately within specified deadlines;
- Confirm optimal placement and layout of temporary fencing before installation, training provided;
- Punctuality and reliability in arriving every day and meeting project deadlines;
- Safely transport temporary fencing materials to designated locations, experience with trailers up to 20 feet is a plus;
- Inspect your vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition;
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to Operations Manager;
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery and setup;
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner;
Requirements:
- Must have valid Drivers license
- Must have at minimum, 2 years of wood fence installation experience with a fence company
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
