Work consists of building all types of fencing, including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain-link.All essential tools, truck, and trailer provided.Pay ranges from $18-25 per hour based on experience.Minimum Requirements:At least five (5) years of fence or construction experienceOne (1) year of demonstrated leadership experience leading crewsPossess a valid KS or MO driver's licensePass a background checkPass drug screeningReliable transportationPhysical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heatPreferred Skills:Fencing, framing, roofing, or carpentry experienceAttention to detailExcellent customer service is a mustExcellent organization/time-managementAbility to learn and follow the Superior Fence & Rail process for building fencesBenefits include Medical, Dental, Vision & Paid Time Off (Holiday, Vacation, Green Time).Superior Fence & Rail is an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity in the workforce.
