Fenergo Prod Support :•Technical expertise in Fenergo platform with technologies such as .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, Drools, JSON, XML, Elastic Search•Good understanding and knowledge of the Fenergo core product & core configurations including Workflow•Knowledge of Web Servers, e.g. IIS, Apache etc and programming in Bash•Proficient with Incident Management & Service Management Process•Understanding of System Integration, troubleshooting and configurations•Demonstrate an understanding of the issues and problems raised and propose viable solutions•Maintain technical documentation and associated artifacts•Familiarity with agile development methodology / JIRA•Understanding of the service management process•Experience in programming in Bash/regex will be an added advantage•Exposure to Financial Crime Compliance areas such as Client Lifecycle Management, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
