In general, the Fertility RN Coordinator is responsible for:Assisting with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patientsProviding patient/couple counselingTeaching about procedures and how to administer injectionsScheduling treatment after initial and follow up visitsCoordinating patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocolsEstablishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' familiesRequired to work occasional weekends and holidays What You'll Bring:IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be providedValid RN licenseExperience working with electronic medical records a mustHigh level of customer service essential and must be a self-starterA minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN positionMore important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
