Job Description:
Job Duties
  • Scan closed documents and prepare them for couriers
  • Print and organize loan documents
  • Support lenders as needed
  • Answer customer questions related to their loans
  • For new customers, gather CIP/OFAC/Good Standing, etc. as appropriate
  • Reviews loan documentation received from the borrower to make sure all required docs are collected
  • Interacts with customers via phone, email, customer portal, in person and through written correspondence
  • For denied loans, prepare Adverse Action Notice and all related steps as required
  • For approvals, performs Due Diligence steps including but not limited to ordering appraisals, title work, UCC searches, gather entity information and flood determinations
  • Complete Pre-Closing steps including but not limited to BSA and compliance items, FHLB checklist and obtaining proof of insurance
  • Create Credit Memo to request loan doc package from FBT Loan Ops Center for closing
  • Read and has a basic understanding of the Frandsen Bank & Trust Loan Policy
  • Others duties as assigned
Desired Skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a limited amount of time.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of various software programs used for closing.
  • Knowledge of BSA/AML/CIP and OFAC policies, procedures and regulations.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
