ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Derivatives Analyst - The position is responsible for assisting the Derivative Products Group with trade execution, transaction documentation, customer correspondence and operational procedures.The duties include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with customers, traders, lenders, sales reps and the back-office regarding client inquiries, operations, marketing and regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for accuracy of trade confirmation process
- Ensure retention of client information.
- Work with Operations with quality control of payment process
- Prepare and distribute Mark to Market Statements and various reporting requirements
- Maintain derivative system of record
- Assist in basic quoting of transactions
- Prepare client presentations
