Responsibilities
    • Deploy, install, and repair fiber optics systems in accordance with guidelines.
    • Ability to set up and configure residential and commercial networking equipment such as ONT's, routers and switches.
    • Analyze and record test results within prescribed parameters by performing testing on company issued devices and building owner / customer devices.
    • Interface with building owners / customers to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
  • Drive a company vehicle between home/office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and stocked vehicle with equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and report and record all work order status updates.
  • Customer service duties such as :
    • Greet and interact with building owners / customers in a professional, courteous manner including when responding to escalations and concerns;
    • Review all requested services with the clients in order to ensure understanding and agreement.
    • Obtain necessary approvals and educate the customer or building owner regarding product and service usage.
Who we are looking for...
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States for this company
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience or are comfortable with working in tight spaces such as a crawl space or attic of a house
  • Experience in working through inclement weather
  • Experience with small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
  • Experience with the demands of working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • You have effective communication skills
  • You are able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
  • You are able to lift, climb, and carry ladders with weight of up to 80lbs
