Are you an experienced Field Action Specialist with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Field Action Specialist to work at their company in Arden Hills, MN.

Position Summary: Responsible for helping the field action team leads manage the field action process (i.e. recalls/removals, safety alerts, customer notifications, field corrections)

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Following up with customers on field action communications
• Execute broad mailings for US-based actions
• Good-faith effort follow-up via email/phone call
• Issuing Returned Goods authorizations (RGAs) for field action product
• Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other select technologies.
• Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• 0 - 2 years with BA
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Execute the tasks and follow up
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
